The Expo- Prima Company will organize 5-10 April 2001 for fifth year in a row the Spring Fair 2001 in collaboration with the Albanian Union of the Commercial and Industry Chambers, the Municipality of Tirana and DPA Consulting Ltd.

This very important traditional activity is being conceived in this edition as the manifestation of the Albanian and foreign private investors and businessmen.

Thanks to the participation of the local and foreign firms, institutions, various groups and associations, the Spring Fair 2001 will complete its gamma with:

• Furniture and wood technology
• Agricultural elaboration and packing up technologies
• Food products
• Modern technologies and projects construction materials
• Detergents, cosmetics and chemical products
• Handcrafting and traditional patchwork,
• Agricultural machines

After the success of projecting and performing of the fairs and exhibitions of 1998-1999 in Albania such as: the Spring Fair 2000, the Food and Agricultural Fair, Albanian pavilions at EXPO ’98 in Lisboa, Crans- Montana (Switzerland), Fiera del Levante (Italy), Expo- Prima, the most professional and serious group in Albania, is planning for the 2001, the organization of some activities, such as the Spring Fair.

The participants in the fair (domestic and foreign companies), besides the exhibition and selling, thanks to our assistance could organize in special rooms of the Fair, seminars and press conferences with the presence of the journalists and the other interested people. For the different companies and firms participating at the Fair in national and international level, our company has in its possession the main hall and the complementary premises at the International Center of Culture (the Pyramid) and National Museum with an overall superficies of 5000 m. The various contacts with the Albanian firms, or the ones from Europe as well, and also with very important Albanian state institutions and their analogues in the world, will serve the future development of the economy, the exchanges among the businessmen and other people interested to this Traditional Spring Fair. The collaboration with the company Expo- Prima and the participation at our activities bring always about success assuring the highest contemporary achievements.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.

1. The exhibitor’s activity should take place only within the borders of the rented tent, where superficies from the floor up to 3,5 m of height is included. The remaining part of the room is under the possession of the Fair’s organizers. The violators will pay double price in case of occupation of this place.
2. The work time for the exhibitors is from 08.00- 20.00. The Fair is open to the visitors from 09.30- 19.30.
3. The organizers could help with specialized staff such as arranging painters, interpreters/translators, hostesses, and flower specialists, upon a preliminary request on a settled payment.
4. The organizers assure the guard service from 20.00- 08.00. From 08.00- 20.00 the exhibitors themselves will take the responsibility of their own pavilions and the materials exhibited, and also the responsibility for the damages caused by them or their staff to the Fair’s building, the floor, the walls or the rented materials.
5. The organizers will not keep any kind of responsibility for possible thefts or damages caused to the exhibitors in case of major forces.
6. The exhibitors pay the proper amount in the pre-established full value no later than seven days before the Fair’s opening.
7. The paid sums will not be refunded.
8. The drawing of the materials exhibited should terminate one day after the Fair’s closure.
