Institute For Strategic Studies and Prognoses (ISSP) is the first
independent institute in Montenegro, established in 1999 with support
from USAID.
Mission: "Research
that will contribute to the development of a new economic system and
Montenegrin economic thinking".
Objectives: Organization of research work, prognose of future economic
development and advocacy work according to the following :
- market principles
- open economy
- rule of law
- transparency
- networking
ISSP involves young people in its
research and is a member of the Global Development Network.
Activities: Main
